Minimum Founding Amount: $20,000 

Maximum Founding Amount: $500,000

No Maximum for Commercial notes

First Position Notes only-- No Seconds

   Structured Court Settlements and Annuities

Minimum Founding Ammount: $20,000

Maximum Founding Ammount: No Maximum

No Workers Compensation Settlements

All Transactions require a Court Order

   Lottery Winnings

Minimum Founding Amount: $100,000

Maximum Founding Amount: No Maximum

Some states require court orders

Some states non assignable therefore most likely cannot purchase these

  Business Notes

Minimum Founding Amount: $20,000

Maximum Founding Amount: Case by case (usually $250,000)

Personal guarantee by payer and good credit

Minimum three(3) month seasoning

   If your Annuity Note resulted from an on the job injury we cannot purchase this type of note from you. The reason being that state law prohibits us from purchasing a Workers Compensation Annuity. Also we cannot purchase the following: Soacial Security Payments, IRA's, Alimony Payments, Disability Payments, Judgements, or Retirement Plans.
